Like I've said before, "I weave them, I wear them, I sell them!"
Previously I wrote a post called "Good Bye Joseph Leisey" and I wrote about missing this wonderful old draft that was written in 1783. Well, here's the last memories of that draft taken from concept to real wearable cloth:
I have a close-up of the fabric, but I wish I could send out how this lovely stole feels to wear and enjoy.
It's light and airy, but just right for a summer wrap.
This stole is priced at $250 plus shipping.
Here's another view below:
This stole is 100% Cotton and it's a cotton that I can no longer get....it was crisp and sturdy, with some body to it, so easy to weave and finish...
So, this stole waits for just the right purrrrrrrrson to find it and wear it! This stole has already been machine washed and machine dried and it very easy care. The measurements of this stole are:
30" wide and 89" long with the fringe which has little pink beads within.
This stole is listed in my Etsy Shop at:

Now, I have another stole that I like to call Summer Chocolate with Beads! This stole is 100% cotton and is easy care with machine wash and machine dry as all that's needed.
The textures that can be seen in this close-up photo are the result of different treadling and also different yarns.
There's milk chocolate and dark chocolate and maybe a little Reese's Pieces in there!
There are tiny little seed beads in the fringe with is hand twisted.
This measurements on this stole are:
30" wide and 90" long including the fringe.
I advise my new stole owners to keep the shipping roll (and the container, if the want) because rolling is a great way to store a stole, too.
As I try to state with each item I'll list on my blog, I can accept a check sent snail mail or I can send an invoice via email so payment can be made by credit card through PayPal.
Just email me, or leave a comment, if there are any questions about this lovely Summer Chocolate Stole with Beads!
