The Weaver's Dance

On a loom that whispers, with shuttles that fly
And bobbins that chatter as the hours go by
I'll not lay in one thread of mere chance
As I work in the motion of the weaver's dance.

Blankets....Woven Warmth

Where do I start? There's nothing like snuggling under a lovely blanket just when you need it. I use a blanket like this all year round because I always seem to have just a bit of a chill, so I've  got one out and ready at all times!

This blanket/sofa throw is 100% Cotton and is easy care with machine wash and machine dry.

This blanket is from my loom named Doris, after washing it's 40.5" wide and is 86" long....big enough for snuggling!

The design in this blanket is a 16-Harness twill that I wrote myself called "Cat's Garden".
It's a thick, yummy blanket, but would feel great on a chilly evening!

The price of this blanket is $150.00+ shipping.

I can accept check sent snail mail or, if you email me or send me a comment below, I can send an invoice via email for payment by credit card through PayPal....lots of folks seem to like PayPal.

This blanket can be 'visited' in my Etsy Shop by clicking on the caption in the photo above. Let me know what you think.

Now, here's my first baby blanket in a TON of years, but it's part of an old dream coming true at last. I've started weaving small baby blankets on The Old Structo, but there will be one now and then that larger in size and I'll weave them on Doris.

This blanket is really quite large for a baby blanket, but would great into toddler-hood!

OR, this blanket would be great as a lap blanket for anyone...I love the pink, of course...and that's what I would use this one for!

The measurements of this blanket are 40.5" wide and 46" long. The hem is machine stitched with a little hand stitching at the corners for that little touch of love.

This blankets is priced at $80.00 + shipping. I also have this little blanket in my Etsy Shop and it can be seen there.

I can accept payment directly through snail mail with a check. Or, I can send an invoice directly for payment by credit card through PayPal...just let me know what you would like to do!

I've included this photo to show part of why I just looooooooove twill. See the difference in the sides of the blanket... I hesitate to say right/wrong side, because they are both beautiful!

Thanks so much for visiting my new blanket page!
